In 2018, Capinfo got down to constructing the Beijing municipal points-based settlement management system, to provide the whole society with integrated services, including declaration for points-based settlement in Beijing and business handling for settlement. We built a district-level, municipal and ministerial collaborative network for automatic data exchange to generally promote declaration review. We developed a service model for “submitting declarations through internal network, conducting review through internal network and offering feedback through external network”. We have approximately performed review services for more than 100,000 applicants. In 2019, after complete system upgrading and reconstruction, we further simplified the formalities for points-based settlement by review of commitments and post verification, really making “all services available from this system”. After making all points-based settlement available online from the system, we made full use of our independent microservice architecture to further optimize the declaration procedures and smoothly guarantee information services for points-based settlement in Beijing.
