Ms. Du Xiaoling, born in March 1980, holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance with AI and Fintech Applications in City University of Hong Kong, and a bachelor of management degree in Accounting of Southwest Normal University, while being an accountant, an international accountant, and a senior management accountant. She joined the company in May 2018 and is currently the company's deputy general manager, chief financial officer, and chairman of the labor union.

She once took up positions related to financial management in the Third Construction Co.,Ltd of China Construction First Group, National Space Science Center, CAS, and the Institute of Microelectronics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
