Mr. Yu Donghui, born in December 1973, holds a master's degree in Material Processing Engineering of Tsinghua University. He joined the company in August 1999 and currently takes the posts of the secretary of the party committee and chairman, as well as the chairmen of the strategy committee, the nomination committee and the rule of law and compliance committee.

He used to be the general manager of the Network Technology Service Center of Capinfo Company Limited, alongside positions as the business director, deputy general manager and general manager of Capinfo Company Limited.
